Self-Catering  Accommodation Terms and Conditions

  1. When booking a holiday we require a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week and balance is due 4 weeks before arrival dates, no refunds within 4 weeks of arrival date.
  2. Arrival times are 4pm and departure times are by 10am.
  3. Quiet times are from 11pm.
  4. Linen is provided please bring towels.
  5. Our caravans are 4 berth, the number of people should not exceed 4 in each caravan.
  6. No smoking in our caravans
  7. Dogs permitted in selected caravans and are not to be left unattended. Dogs must be kept under control at all times and kept on a lead, please pick up after your dog and use the dog bins on site
  8. Full week bookings during high season (Saturday to Saturday)
  9. We take care to ensure published prices are correct at the date of publication; however we reserve the right to change published prices without notice.
  10. We are unable to offer refunds on cancellations, so strongly advise that you insure against having to cancel your holiday.
  11. No music or radios, we are quiet site.
  12. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10.30pm and quiet at 11pm.
  13. Charcoal BBQ’s are allowed if raised off the ground.
  14. The cost of Electric on your holiday does not include the charging of electric vehicles, if you need to charge an electric vehicle please speak to us for costings  any vehicles charging without prior permission will be charged at £25 per day.

Tenting Terms and conditions

  1. Touring pitches are for tents only.
  2. When booking a holiday we require a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week and balance is due 4 weeks before arrival dates, no refunds within 4 weeks of arrival date.
  3. No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
  4. Available for arrival from 1pm and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
  5. All touring pitches are allocated on arrival.
  6. No music or radios, we are quiet site.
  7. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10.30pm and quiet at 11pm.
  8. No commercial vehicles allowed.
  9. Only one car per unit, any additional cars will be charged for.
  10. No pitching is allowed after 8 p.m. without prior arrangement with the owners.
  11. Charcoal BBQ’s are allowed if raised off the ground.

The Management reserves the rights to refuse admission or to ask any guest failing to comply with the park rules to leave the park immediately without refund.
